Random tests I did about the skill delay

1st Test: I used Sealed Kiel Card (less 15% delay) compounded in a RWC 2010 Indonesia and a Kiel Card (less 30% delay) compounded in an Elven Ears.





2nd Test: I used the equipment (Sealed Kiel Card in RWC 2010 Indonesia and Kiel Card in Elven Ears) that I used in the 1st test, but I added a Sprint Set (Armor, Shoes, Ring) which gives less 15% skill delay, so in total that would be 60%
