Requirements: 10,000z
Go to Alberta Town, then look for this NPC and talk to him then you will be asked to pay 10,000z before he warps you at Dewata Town.
Once you arrived at Dewata Town, look for the portal at the upper left corner of the map and enter.
After you entered the portal, look for the portal at the lower left corner of the map and enter.
Voila, you are now at the Dewata Dungeon!
